The Condor store on Gray's Inn Road in London has been serving cyclists since 1948. Based across three levels, the store has everything you need to enjoy riding, whether it's touring, commuting, or racing, as well as a number of services to help you get more from your bike.
Here is what you can expect when you visit us.
In store bike parking
We have an area in the store where you can park your bike whilst you visit us to shop or attend an appointment. You do not need to lock your bicycle outside of the store and if the bike park is full we’ll endeavour to find a space for your bike. Your bike is left at your own risk.
Shoe guidance and fitting service
Everyone's feet are different. We offer specialist advice and fitting, and we can make shoe recommendations based on your riding style. You can try on shoes in the store and the sales advisor can help fit cleats to your new shoes. You do not need to book an appointment. The service does not include pedalling analysis or performance cleat set up. You can learn more about our more advanced cleat & pedal fitting service here.
Clothing, accessories and components
We offer a large selection of cycle products in the store. Most of our key brands and exclusives are available for purchase in the store as well as online. If you require a specialist part or advice, you can call us to check that we have a specific size in stock, or order online and collect it for free. Click and collect orders are available to collect in as a little as 1 hour.
Brompton test rides
Try out the unique fold and ride of a Brompton bicycle. We offer a full range of test bikes to try so you can find the right model for you. Condor is a Brompton Premier Store and has Brompton Electric test models available, too. Helmets are available to borrow or you can bring your own.
Bike showroom
Our lower ground floor displays the Condor bike range. It is also home to our range of Brompton bicycles, where you can view the models and try out different styles, luggage and accessories.
Wahoo test zone
The lower ground floor is home to our Wahoo test zone. The test zone is a great way to learn more about Wahoo, try out the latest products, and get the most of their indoor training products. You do not need to book to use Wahoo units. You cannot test your own bike on the units.
Bike box hire
Bike box hire is available from £30 per week and we have a delivery service if you aren’t able to pick the bike box up from our London store. The store team can advise you on how to pack and dismantle your bike for safe travel.

Please feel free to visit without an appointment if you would just like to have a look, but if you'd like to discuss a new bike, please book so we can ensure there is someone available to answer any questions you might have. There is no pressure whatsoever to purchase and we are happy to show you the options and give you advice.

Unfortunately not! New bikes are built based upon the measurement we take from your free bike fit and the components you choose with us. Our sales team member will advise on the lead time for your bike. We have sale and ex-display bikes that are available and may suit depending on your size and measurements. Check our sale bike section to see what is available.
A £200 deposit will be taken when you wish to confirm your order. For custom frames, a £500 deposit is required. The balance of the order is payable upon collection or when the bike is ready to be shipped.
Yes, we offer a range of services. If you already own a bicycle, no matter the make, model or style, we offer bike fitting services to help you improve your comfort or performance. You can book an appointment online here.
Yes, you can. We encourage you to use our changing rooms in the store. We hold all brands available online for purchase in the store. The clothing department has a wide range of clothing, shoes, helmets, and eyewear.
Although e-gift vouchers cannot be used at the store, you can place your order online and collect it for free from the store. We do have a physical gift vouchers and cards available which you can purchase in store or online, and we will ship the card to you or the recipient.
Yes, we are affiliated with a number of schemes. You can order a bicycle or purchase most components and accessories with the voucher. Find out more about using Cycle to Work vouchers in store.
To return an item purchased in the store, please bring proof of purchase in with you when you come to exchange the item(s).
Items ordered online can be returned or exchanged in the store. You will just need to initiate a return before coming into the store. Please click here to start a return.
We do not have parking available, but there is parking available in the streets around the store. Please check the local signs and restrictions before parking.
