Now, we don't want to get complacent and the season ahead is long and tough, but we just wanted to write it down and make it real.
Starting life about four years ago the Leggero is our full carbon, flagship frame. It is the bike ridden by the Rapha Condor Sharp team and it is with these riders it has developed into what now stands before us.
Its purpose is three-fold:
- strength and stiffness for Dean Downing and Ed Clancy to corner and sprint in criteriums;
- comfort and power for long stage racing for Krisitan House and Dan Craven;
- to create a frameset that is accessible for everyone and our customers can get the best out of their race and ride.
The tally for the 2011 season stands at:
