About this model
The Leggero Disc was developed to be fast, light, and stop on demand. Designed alongside our race-proven Leggero with aero profiled carbon, the frameset features bolt-thru axles on the front and rear for improved stiffness and optimal ride quality. The wind-slicing, droplet-shaped tubes are constructed with our top-of-the-line, nano carbon technology, that creates a responsive ride from the gun. Developed with pro riders for over a decade our Leggero has been constantly refined to remain as competitive as possible, the Leggero Disc was the first bike to win a UCI level race in Britain. After countless hours of feedback and testing, the new disc-ready Leggero has emerged. With oversized square stays. The Leggero Disc will be at home on a group ride, tackling climbs or sprinting for the finish line under riders as powerful as Ed Clancy.

Nano carbon technology
The fibres in our carbon are bound together with resins featuring nano particles. Construction using nano particles requires less resin, resulting in an overall frame weight reduction. Nano resin's microscopic particles are elongated rather than round, which improves the bond between resin and fibre as the surface area is greater. Secondly, frame vibration is dissipated as it travels through the frame and across the nano particles.
Custom for Condor
Condor carbon tubes are made for us using three different types of carbon manufactured in Japan and the USA. Each layer features unidirectional carbon fibre (for strength), high modulus carbon fibre (to add stiffness), and ultra-high-modulus carbon, which adds both strength and stiffness, whilst being lighter than the previous two (but would be too harsh to ride if used just on its own). The tube is wrapped in a 1k weave for impact protection and toughness.
Kamm-tail seat tube
Our most sophisticated carbon fibre is shape into a Kamm-tail tube. The Kamm-tail tube and seat post creates an improved aerodynamic flow, saving precious rider watts.
