About this model
If you believe the fun begins where the road ends, this adventure frameset will deliver bags of enjoyment. Handbuilt using Columbus XCr stainless steel tubing, the Gravel Stainless frameset will smooth the road on long hard days, taking you through canyons and across mountain ranges. There is clearance for 40mm tyres, and a 44mm head tube with Chris King headset serves up confident handling. All you need to worry about is whether you brought enough snacks!

1. Choose your model
We make a wide range to suit all styles and disciplines. Our full range is available to view online and in-store, but don't worry if you're not sure what's right for you — we're here to help!
2. Have a fitting
We'll ensure that you'll ride in complete comfort and get the best performance from your bike. If you can't visit us in store, we can help with the fit by phone or email.
3. Make it your own
We'll work with you to choose components that suit your requirements, right down to details such as handlebar tape colour. We are here to advise on everything.
4. We build it
We'll assemble your bike in London. Once built, we'll arrange a time and date with you for the handover, where we'll run through everything and help with anything else you may need.

44mm head tube with Chris King headset
We pair our performance steel with the lightest fork possible. Our gravel fork is full carbon monoccoque with integrated brake cable to keep it away from snagging branches and flying mud. Our 44mm head tube improves control around the technical trail and in slippery mud, so you have the confidence to stay off the brake and enjoy the ride. A Chris King headset is included with all stainless frameset purchases.
Thru-axle technology
Thru-axles not only keep the disc running straight, but also improve the stiffness of the frame. Paired with our monocoque carbon gravel race fork, the Bivio Gravel delivers stable, predictable steering on tough terrain.
Adventure geometry
Modern road geometry paired with off-road ability. We have relaxed the head angle and adjusted the chainstay length so you can comfortably cover kilometres on the road, as well as sweep, skid, and drift with glee on the trails.
Your design, your colours, no extra cost
Attention to detail and design touches make the Acciaio Stainless a beautiful piece. There is no additional charge for extra colours, multiple polished sections or unique designs. Our designers work alongside you to bring the Acciaio Stainless to life. From polished logos and stays to fades, there are no hidden costs; you can have your frame painted the way you want it. Need rack mounts or extra bottle cage bosses? There is no additional charge.
XCr stainless, the ultimate steel
Unlike other stainless steel tubesets, Columbus uses seamless stainless steel, which enables the tube walls to be drawn extremely thin at just 0.4mm. This keeps the weight low whilst having a higher stiffness to weight ratio than Titanium. It is corrosion resistant, too.
